Meet Rolando Lozano, Therapist

Hi, I'm Rolando.
If you’re here, something’s probably felt off for a while—like you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying so much on your own. Whether it’s trauma, addiction, anxiety, or depression, I want you to know: you’re not broken. You’re human. And healing is possible.
I know that healing is possible, because for a long time, I felt like I was just trying to survive. Struggling with depression, trauma, and a sense of not belonging, I believed that I had to handle it on my own. That isolation was heavy—and it chipped away at my sense of self. It wasn’t until I found the right support that things began to shift.
Therapy helped me reconnect with the parts of myself I had shut down. I learned that healing is about being understood, accepted, and supported through the messy, human work of growth. That experience led me to become a therapist—and it’s what drives how I show up for my clients now. I'm based in Morris County, NJ, and I specialize in trauma healing, addiction recovery, and supporting clients through mood-related challenges like anxiety and depression.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that real change happens when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, hurt, or lost along the way.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Together, we’ll create space for your pain, your healing, and your growth—at your pace, and on your terms.
